Hans Wadsack
Hans Wadsack is born in 1951 in Zug, Switzerland. He is a Swiss citizen, married with 2 children.
Languages: German, English, French
Professional training:
Language courses in Lausanne, Switzerland and in Poole, England. From 1978 to 1982 he completed studies at the School of Auditing in Zurich, Switzerland, graduating as a Certified Accountant (dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer); he has attended numerous national and international seminars, with a focus on international tax law.
Practical experience and specialist knowledge:
1972 to 1978
Chief accountant of a Swiss enterprise and Swiss honorary consul in Freetown, Sierra Leone; chief accountant at a US company in Zug.
1978 to 1983
Auditor in a Swiss auditing company, in Zug as well as in Zurich. From 1982 onwards he managed the auditing and tax consulting sectors.
1983 to date
Founded, developed and managed Wadsack trust company Co-founded the Fiduciary Association of Zug and served as its Secretary from its inception until 2000. He also co-founded the Tax Association of Zug, was a member of its editorial commission and from 1998 to 2000 he became its president.
He is a regular contributor of professional articles on tax practices in Zug and
on numerous boards of domestic as well as international corporations. From 1991 – 1994 he was a member of the Zug parliament.
