Every day we’re looking for ideas that can change the world along with the smart, energetic people that create those ideas. As time goes on, we only grow more excited about the possibilities ahead. Our greatest successes, we believe, are the ones that lie ahead.
You are asking yourself the questions what will I profit if I partner with VCS and how does it work exactly? Here is a short explanation of how the process works and what you can expect from working with us:
1. You visit our website and decide that we are a partner worth your attention and trust.
2. You submit your project via this online form, providing us with as much information as you can, that you feel is non-confidential and sensitive and that can give us the best picture of your project.
3. VCS receives your application. Every week we have a board meeting where ALL submitted projects are reviewed. If your project is of interest to us then we would require further information from you or appoint a meeting to discuss in further detail.
4. In case we are interested in your project here is what can follow. Depending on the industry, stage and size of the current project we can:
– Fund your project with VCS funds in return for a percentage of your existing company or the mutual company that we will establish to pursue the business project you have. This can range from 10% to 90% depending on the amount of money needed and the value of your project and commitment from your side and our side.
– Offer your project to our network of High net worth individuals or range of EU- or US- based Venture Capital and Hedge Funds. And we keep a small referral fee in the form of a percentage of the equity of the future project.
– Along with our partners in Switzerland, United Kingdom, Germany and USA establish a legal entity in this jurisdiction which owns 100% of the business project and then is listed on the stock exchange in any of the above mentioned countries (through IPO or Reverse Merger) thus raising the capital needed to fulfill your business goals and obtaining much bigger company evaluation in terms of what your business is worth.
– Merge with another company or be acquired by a bigger company in the field of your business.
