In order for us to effectively process your application, we require the following information. Of course we understand that 90% of the projects, ideas and technologies are in the stage of very early business development and you will not have most of the following items, however don’t be discouraged and submit everything you have. Certainly the more information you send us the better. We will review every application and pay attention to every detail you send us.
We do not charge any fees, we do not require any money from project owners, we are not here to sell you anything and we will, unlike other companies, never charge you anything for reviewing your project and doing our own due diligence on it.

Due Diligence
This phase of the process is mutual. It is the period when the VCS team works with you to delve deeply into your business model, talk to your references, customers and competitors, and investigate all dimensions of the business, financial, intellectual property and legal aspects of the company.
NDA
NDA agreements are not signed at this time. We will not disclose any of your information to anybody except members of VCS without your permission.
